Niké Winter Cup is one of the most prestigious minifootball tournaments in Slovakia. The battle for the winter championship title showcased incredible quality, as top teams from across the country competed in Korňa, located in northern Slovakia. The tournament brought together 20 of the best teams from the country, with ZEL Degson Martin claiming their very first championship title.
The tournament featured many well-known teams from Slovak minifootball, including FC BPN Bratislava, Papalalulu Bratislava, Rising Prospects Košice or TO-DAY Hydrokres Prešov. Several of these teams have European experience, having competed in the EMF Champions League or the EMF Eurocup.

However, the tournament saw a surprising winner—ZEL Degson Martin, who triumphed over Vakatanka Košice in the final after a penalty shootout. The Martin squad featured Slovak national team goalkeeper Erik Feriančik, a standout performer at the EMF EURO 2024, who was also named the tournament’s Best Goalkeeper.

Last year’s Niké Winter Cup champions, FC BPN Bratislava, secured third place. They also represented Slovakia in the most recent EMF Champions League in Warsaw.
