In the period 06 – 08.05 in Bratislava was held a fourth meeting of the project Quest Room – 622416-EPP-1-2020-1-CZ-SPO-SCP, funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ mechanism.
QUEST ROOM project gathers partners from five European and one candidate countries, experts and practitioners representing the two topmost attractive sport games (football and basketball) as well as international business university and the association of sport universities.
The project is an integrated multisectoral and partnership-based approach to Generation Z to get them involved in physical activity using blended learning, including a simulation environment in an innovative QUEST ROOM format. Innovative educational content for predominantly university students (18-24 years old), among which are future influencers, sport administrators, coaches and/or physical education teachers, is being elaborated.
The partners joined efforts to use digital ecosystems offering blended learning and working in favor of sports organizers, athletes, coaches, educators, grassroots sports administrators. The project will meet the challenges of the EU digital single market by creating online educational resources – through the elaboration of a special e-platform. This will be an opportunity to learn on one’s own schedule, anywhere, anytime about the benefits of HEPA.

During the meeting, the partner organizations reviewed, analyzed and discussed the video modules’ visual content for the QUEST ROOM platform. A report on the visual content (lectures) recorded was presented and discussions on the final product were made. The Online tool was also presented to the partners during the meeting. The following topics were also discussed for the international QUEST multiplier awareness-raising sport events and round tables:

The final project meeting between the participating partner organizations will be held in Sofia, Bulgaria in the period 06-09 October 2022, where the final version of the Quest Room platform will be presented as well as the results from the tests in a real environment will be approved through the championships and tournaments of the partner organizations. It will be combined with a multiplier sports event with the participation of over 250 kids in the age group 10-15 years old, as well as students from the partner countries.
