The first EMF EUROCUP final was an all Romanian match between Dancо Pro and Golden Boys, which turned out to be another mesmerizing EMF tournament final.

It looked for all the world that the appropriately named Golden Boys were gonna be crowned champions when they led 3-1 with minutes to go, but Dancо Pro stuck in there, and late goals saw yet another penalty shootout at this year’s EUROCUP, but we’d saved the best til last.

In an unprecedented shootout in EMF club tournament finals, we witnessed 26 consecutive penalties converted before Golden Boys finally had one saved. giving the opportunity to the Dancо Pro player to win the tournament, which he duly did when he converted successfully to send his fellow players into wild celebrations.
