The EMF Champions League and EMF Masters will take place between September 6 and September 10. The best teams in Europe will compete in the both competitions. For the first time in the competition’s history, the EMF Champions League and EMF Masters will take place in Romania. The tournament will be in Oradea, on the home soil of the current Champions League champions, AEK Oradea.
European runner-up from 2021 and holder of the trophy from the last year want to win again for sure. AEK has an advantage of their home field and will be hunting second title in a row. They have couple of international players on their roster, who can make a difference in a tough moments. We believe that the main pitch where we will play this year, Antonio Alexe Arena (2,500 seats), will be full of not only just home, but also foreign fans. 26 teams that will fight for the ultimate trophy are from 19 countries.
Title from the previous EMF Masters (a competition for players who are 40+ years) went to Galati, when Legends Galati won in the thrilling final against Tazmannschaft. We can surely say, that they are pretty hungry for another one. But other 9 teams, 5 from Romania and 4 from Slovakia will make everything possible to take the crown for themselves. It will be fight of the ages between many experienced players from both countries.
The competition will start on September 6, at 16:00. The EMF Champions League final will take place on Saturday, September 9, EMF Masters final will be on Sunday, September 10.
